TRAIN M.E. Ring Rental Policies

Ring Rental Rates:
$25/hr for up to 3 people.
More than 3 people will be $5/person/hr.
Max 12 dogs in the facility per rental.
Rentals can be payed by check (made out to TRAIN M.E.), cash, or Venmo (@Laurie-Strimavicius).
Payment must be payed at the time of rental. (Instructions at facility.)
Rental agreement must be signed by all participants of ring rental if they have not signed one yet. Hard copies are available at the facility for additional person(s) in your rental to complete.
Multiple, last minute cancellations or multiple “no shows” may be subject to loss of rental privileges.
All persons in the building must sign into the rental book with the date and time of rental.
No instruction such as private lessons or group classes that have not been approved by Laurie, may take place during a rental.
Ring rental times must be adhered to. Please be sure to pack up all of your belongings and put equipment away BEFORE your rental time ends.
Please clean all TRAIN M.E. crates that you have used with spray bottle marked Crate Cleaner.
Shoe policy: must have different footwear for being on mats. No shoes worn outside are allowed on mats. Please change shoes even when taking dogs out to poitty. There are disposeable, plastic shoe coverings for anyone to use in lieu of changing footwear.
Please keep dogs on gated, rugged area when first entering building to ensure their paws do not track dirt and mud onto mats.
No dogs allowed anywhere else in the building other than the TRAIN M.E. facility. This includes the hallways and bathrooms.
All windows and doors must be closed and locked, lights turned off, heat turned down to 58 degrees, and a/c turned off.
Please potty dogs frequently to reduce risk of soiling the mats. Potty area is directly behind parking lot, please do not potty dogs on the sides of the building or on any residential property.
Mats must be placed under crates and chairs.
All equipment and ring gates must be put back.
