TRAIN M.E. Event Rental Policies

Event Rental Rates: Time frame of rental must include set up and clean up.

$300 half day (4 hours)

$700 full day (10 hours)

Renter must provide proof of insurance with TRAIN M.E. listed as an additional insured.

Parking instructions will be given depending on the number or participants for an event.

Rental fee includes and is limited to a clean facility and the use of the following equipment: gates, stanchions, cones, and jumps.

After the event, the facility (including bathrooms) must be cleaned (vacuumed), garbages emptied into dumpster, and all gates and equipment put away.

No dogs allowed anywhere else in the building other than the TRAIN M.E. facility. This includes the hallways and bathrooms.

All windows and doors must be closed and locked, lights turned off, heat turned down to 58 degrees, and a/c turned off.

Anything used that is not owned by TRAIN M.E. must be removed immediately after the event ends unless given permission.

Any damage to the facility may incur additional fees to cover the loss or damage to TRAIN M.E. property.

Crates, tables, and chairs must have mats under them.
-
Please potty dogs frequently to reduce risk of soiling the mats.

All dog waste outside needs to be picked up and disposed of properly.
